Uncontested Divorces: If both parties agree on the division of property and the custody of any children, the divorce procedure is simply a matter of filing the correct documents and attending a simple court hearing.
Our firm can assist you with an uncontested divorce in one of the two following ways:
1. Full Service: Our firm will prepare all necessary documents and represent you at the court hearing.
2. Self-Service: For a smaller fee, our firm will prepare all necessary documents and instructions but will not accompany you to the hearing. Our attorneys will be available by phone or e-mail to provide you with additional assistance if needed.
