Uncontested Divorces: If you and your spouse agree on the division of property and the custody of any children, the divorce procedure is simply a matter of filing the correct documents and attending a simple court hearing.

1. Full Service ($350): Our firm will prepare all necessary documents and accompany you to the court hearing.
2. Self-Service ($200): Our firm will prepare all necessary documents but will not accompany you to the court hearing. The hearing for an uncontested divorce is simple and usually only involves you reading a short document to the judge. Our attorneys will provide you with that document and will be available by phone or e-mail to provide you with any other assistance you need.
